Having your own car or scooter will make things easier. There are public busses that stop in front of the house but in Nepal public transportation is never comfortable. You could also use the indriver app. The house itself is beautifully designed with a wonderful architecture and modern amenities. It is very clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a fully-equipped kitchen.
